Sport Manchester City vs Watford: Michael Owen predicts outcome of FA Cup final
Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker, Michael Owen, has
tipped Manchester City to “land an unprecedented treble” when they take
on Watford in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday.
City lost their last FA Cup final against Wigan Athletic in 2013 but
will be hoping to land their third domestic title this weekend.
“The Hornets have lost their last 10 games against City in all competitions and Pep Guardiola has a perfect win record – six out of six – against the Hertfordshire side,” Owen told BetVictor.
A penalty shoot-out victory over Chelsea in February saw Guardiola’s side win back-to-back League Cups.
City then clinched their second consecutive Premier League title, with victory at Brighton on the final day of fixtures.
